Diomande explores Black womanhood through vulnerable self-portraits in her inventive multimedia works and challenges monolithic stereotypes placed on the Black community by creating limitless figures in dream-like settings. Through high-contrasting colors and vibrating patterns, these celebratory and electric works create a childlike universe for her characters to interact within and shape their reality. Tour “Wildest Dreams” with Diomande, learn about her artistic process and inspirations, and ask her your burning questions during a Q&A session following the tour.
